In continuation of the letter from this Department on the 25th ultimo respecting certain smuggling from the United Kingdom to Hong Kong, I am directed by Secretary Sir John Simon to forward, herewith, for the information of Mr.Secretary Bonar Law, a copy of police reports from Liverpool and Swansea respecting the illegal proceedings of certain Chinese in Liverpool, and to call special attention to their transactions with Law Poo Kee, 28 Den Voeux Road, Central (third floor) Hong Kong.
